Privacy Policy (Effective May 25, 2018)

The following Privacy Policy applies to the use of the Analytika Portal™ (portal.cimetrics.com), which is owned and operated by Cimetrics Inc.

We collect, store, and process certain Personal Data to provide services to users of the Analytika Portal™ and to help us to improve the services that we provide.

Personal Data includes any information that can be used to directly or indirectly identify a user including without limitation data that is accessed, collected, stored, processed, transmitted and/or otherwise used by Cimetrics in the normal course of our business. By using the Analytika Portal™, you expressly consent to Cimetrics' access, collection, storage, processing, transmission and/or use of your Personal Data in the United States of America.

We track how the Analytika Portal™ is used and by whom. We may collect and log your IP address, the time and duration of your visit, the time and duration that you view particular web pages within the Analytika Portal™ and general information about your computer system, such as your browser type/version and operating system type/version.

We may also collect usage information using third party tools including Google Analytics. Google Analytics may employ third party tracking cookies to gather anonymous browser, operating system, geographic, and website navigation information.

We create a User Account for each Authorized User of the Analytika Portal™. A User Account contains the following required Personal Data: User’s name, email address, and company name

You may request that your User Account be removed by contacting your Analytika account manager or by sending email to PortalAdmin@cimetrics.com.

Cimetrics will not ordinarily share your Personal Data except with companies that provide services to Cimetrics that require your Personal Data. If Cimetrics is required by law to disclose or share your Personal Data, Cimetrics may disclose your Personal Data to a relevant authority. Cimetrics may release the Personal Data it collects to third parties when Cimetrics believes that it is appropriate to comply with the law, to enforce its legal rights, to protect its customers, to protect the safety of others, or to assist with industry efforts to control undesirable or illegal conduct.

You can request access to Personal Data we hold about you, ask us to update any Personal Data, and/or ask us to delete such Personal Data. To make such a request, please contact us at Privacy@cimetrics.com, send us a fax or write to us at our current mailing address.

The Analytika Portal™ is not designed for or directed to children under sixteen (16) years of age and Cimetrics will not intentionally collect Personal Data about anyone under sixteen (16) years of age.

The General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and other similar laws and regulations are constantly changing and evolving worldwide, and we may change this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the law, our data handling practices, or the functionality of the Analytika Portal™. All updates to our Privacy Policy will be posted on this website.
